Under the supervision of a Connexion Managed Service Program Manager, our enterprise clients receive a full-time, onsite managed service solution. The Program Manager is the client’s single point of contact and liaison for all stakeholders and oversees all activities associated with the custom-managed service program with the full support of the entire Connexion organization.
Programs are customized to the needs of the employer and are flexible to be as high-touch as required or desired to meet service level agreements and ensure quality and satisfaction.
Full-service coordination of all contract job requisitions from needs assessment through orientation of selected talent
On-assignment support and ongoing quality measurement
The Program Manager will be onsite for orientations, meetings and discussions with the client hiring manager
Program management will require us to be onsite as often as required to ensure quality and service excellence
Notifying the client of all contract labor activity in a method preferred by the client's HR department
Communication with hiring managers regarding extensions, terminations, and feedback
Monitor and maintain quality metrics
Distribution of job orders to secondary staffing partners as required
Administer the Payroll Service Plan
Coordinate and administer timecard reporting on a weekly basis; provide real-time tracking and invoicing
Provide ad hoc reports as required
