Technical Recruiters And Account Managers
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in which you have demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed goals
- An ability and desire to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures
- Ambition and intrinsic motivation
- Willingness to spend several hours on the phone DAILY
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to easily establish and maintain effective relationships
- A proven track record of high achievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- A comfort level in making phone calls and not relying purely on text or email
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive outlook
