Property Manager / Account Manager - Clean Room
- We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager/Facilities Manager with Cleanroom/Life Science Experience.
- Must have experience with Life Science & Cleanroom environment.
- Cleanroom experience from a Facility Management side
As an Account Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing the operational aspects and customer relations for several major clients. You’ll be responsible for overseeing everything from quality control, project management, scheduling, budgeting and most importantly, the client relationship. This position will report directly to the Senior Account Manager and work alongside a team of industry experts as we expand our market share in the coming years.
- Determine, approve and monitor staffing levels
- Provide constructive feedback to staff on a continuous basis
- Minimize staff turnover at each client site by communicating, overseeing training programs and by serving as a key employee relations point of contact
- Develop and implement effective innovations in technology and labor management recording and reporting tools
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure each property/building is consistently maintained to the customers/client’s high expectations
- Ensure customers/clients receive the highest level of service consistent with our organizations Customer Service philosophy
- Escalate client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage client relationships, maintain high satisfaction level with current services and seek to provide more services where possible
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Building Services, Janitorial, Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years property management / general facilities / janitorial experience in a lead management role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and mobility devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Flexibility to respond to customer needs during non-business hours
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work, independently and under pressure.
- Proven track record of leading and developing service delivery teams
- Knowledge of Life Science and Cleanroom Operations and Cleaning is a specific requirement of this role
