Desktop Support Administrator
Have you done Windows and Mac level desktop support for clients?
Are you comfortable with handling phone calls for triage from clients?
Ability to conduct live, over-the-phone and remote access level 1-2 troubleshooting of both Windows and Mac computers. Technical certifications are a bonus.
*Able to triage technical data submitted then resolve issues within the scope specified in specific SLA’s or escalate to the appropriate service level queue for resolution. ITIL Foundations certification is a bonus.
*Experience imaging and building Windows workstations. Basic Batch/Powershell scripting a bonus.
*Implement patch management and device monitors with Remote Monitor and Management (RMM) Tool.
*Develop documentation of systems, policies, procedures.
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
*Experience in using a ticketing platform, preferably ServiceNow.
*Skilled in multi-tasking and tracking multiple workflows at once.
*Aptitude for learning on the fly and adapting to new and/or changing responsibilities.
*Proficient in Office365 usage and application support.
*Excellent written and verbal English skills.
*Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
*Able to work 8 hour shift flexible between 7am and 7pm CST
