Project Management Coordinator, Go to Market
Role will be Full-Remote but ideally candidates will be East Coast candidates This is a Project Manager need, NOT a Program Manager need This worker will Coordinate People, Meetings & Task Completions - will keep track of all of this data Candidates must have 1-3 years Project Management / Coordination experience Manager not interested in overqualified candidates and will reject anyone too Sr. compared to experience requirements.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will have outstanding Time-Management skills & Communications Skills Knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and Roadmapping Tools (Roadmunk) is a plus.
Previous experience with agile methodology is a plus
Duties: We are looking for a PM Coordinator to manage global Go to Market product launches and serve as a key player in our customer lifecycle transformation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration. He or she is intellectually curious and is comfortable taking the initiative to help other team members. The Go to Market Coordinator is a highly collaborative person, working closely with individuals across the entire global enterprise, as well as with both our business partners.
Major Roles and Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day project workflow for GTM product launches.
Creates, coordinates, and maintains project timelines and schedules.
Communicates project schedule, requirements, and status to colleagues and stakeholders.
Responsible for creating and sharing meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
So, what will I be doing?
Work with the marketing team to support the coordination and execution of cross-departmental projects.
Help support internal / external teams to ensure all tasks are staying on track. This includes managing, completing to-do lists and supporting with outstanding details to meet deadlines.
Multi-tasking and being detail-oriented is critical in managing multiple moving parts of the fast-paced marketing team and processes.
Responsible for all file management and ensuring that the team is uploading assets, dashboard information and critical files.
Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.

1 - 3 years of experience as a project coordinator.
Team player looking to improve processes and play an integral role in successful global launches and initiatives.
Clear understanding of project management best practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams across the globe.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.
Must possess analytical and creative balance.
