Sales Room Supervisor/Call Center Supervisor
Looking for someone with 3+ years of managing a team.
- Willing to train someone with 3+ years of inside sales experience. Someone who is driven to make an upward move from Sales.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the day-to-day functions of Sales Center
· Onboard & train new employees’ (eventually will interview & hire)
· Create weekly schedule for employees’
· Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
· Lead by example by selling our services
· Track daily progress for each member of staff
· Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
· Devise ways to keep staff motivated
· Manage CRM and other company software
· Keep management informed on issues and problems
· Employee performance reviews (weekly)
· Employee call calibration
· Daily meeting for in house employees
· Daily Zoom meetings for remote employees
· Supervise remote employees’ via Five9 supervisor application
· Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, dress code, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
· Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
· Experience using CRM to manage the sales process
· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
· Ability to design and implement a successful sale strategy
· Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
· Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Advanced time management skills
