· Talent Acquisition - Recruiter
· Duties: Do you have a passion for people and talent? We're looking for a full-cycle University Recruiter to join our University Talent Program team. The University Recruiter will focus on hiring for our intern class and will also handle a variety of tasks from campus events and identifying high-potential candidates to helping run our Internship Program. Responsibilities include:
· Carry out outreach events across the US to support company objectives. Includes conveying the importance and impact on the world around us, and why it is a great place to grow one's career.
· Partner with hiring teams to understand business needs, develop hiring strategy, coach interviewing teams.
· Implement sourcing strategies to identify high-potential and high-performing students, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives.
· Identify and recruit talent from colleges and universities, both online and in-person, for our internship positions.
· Carry out University Talent Program activities and events, including creating a remarkable summer intern experience across all US sites.
· Skills: Successful candidates will organize and follow through with tasks; effectively use systems, software, and other tools; write clearly; welcome challenges and learning opportunities; be able to shape and improve processes; desire the success of others.
