Our client is seeking: Call Center Supervisor/Assistant Manager
- Ideally seeking a TRUE call center supervisor, someone experienced in a call center
- This role will be ONSITE the majority of the time, need someone to supervise CSRs
- This person will be managing anywhere from 16-24 during the busy season, we are expanding the sales room and will ramp up again in March
- Lead the day-to-day performance of an inbound sales agents
- Motivate and coach your team to meet and exceed expected performance levels
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance; assist in the development of individual and team performance measures
- Understand individual development needs and support said needs through effective coaching and guidance
- Collaborate with the CMO to implement initiatives to increase team performance and engagement
- Ensure company processes and procedures are adhered to by team and individuals
- 2+ years’ experience leading teams in a call center and/or sales environment
- Self-motivated work ethic
- Proven experience of leading a team to high standards of performance
