We are seeking a Quality Control Associate for administrative support of the many subgroups within Quality Control. The individual in this role will perform a diverse set of administrative tasks, including special projects as assigned. This position will be first shift, Monday through Friday.
- Perform routine inventory checks and place orders for laboratory supplies in SAP
- Maintain an organized common space and assist in maintaining 5S within the laboratory spaces
- Assist with GDP review of GMP logbooks for monthly review
- Compile documents for archiving in Document Control
- Assist with periodic laboratory housekeeping
- Assist with basic functions with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Maintaining compliance with required training
- Coordinate across teams and functional groups to meet business objectives
- Adhere to gowning procedures and maintain a clean general operating area
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to our safety procedures and guidelines.
Experience Needed:
- BA/BS or Associates degree in a relevant scientific discipline or 5 years related experience in a cGMP organization
- Familiarity with relevant and current FDA, EU, ICH guidelines and regulations
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP and general laboratory safety
- Ability to efficiently prioritize, manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
