Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our employee engagement campaigns, including a new culture initiative from initiation to execution, to analysis of impact.
Design and manage the project plans for brand and communications initiatives, including but not limited to workplan, budget, resource identification and management, stakeholder buy-in, and tracking Work with our in-house creative team to develop and workflow global employee engagement campaigns, including our annual employee survey, culture building events, and the creation of branded promotional materials.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationship w/ external agencies, outside vendors, and promotional items suppliers to ensure high impact results.
Oversee production, delivery and maintenance of our corporate brand and internal communications projects and deliverables; working with videographer, graphic designer and writer to develop compelling visual campaigns via video, web, email and print.
Ensure communications and events are consistent in messaging and branding and support strategic goals of the brand. Provide guidance to internal clients on how to collaborate effectively with the Internal Communications team.
Implement a project and event management system to track campaigns/projects and events.
Manage sourcing of branded promotional items, working with vendors to provide optimal pricing, ensuring brand is represented accurately on all items.
Help shape our intranet content strategy, ensuring we are representing all regions and functions.
Evaluate the success of tradeshows and events including leads, hires, outcomes, budget performance
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or public relations.
4+ years in-house or agency experience in a communication, event management or project management role.
Knowledge of branding, corporate communications, marketing and branding principles.
Experience overseeing web site development projects.
Understanding of creative workflow process including project initiation and kickoff, execution, approvals, production, proofing, tracking and archiving.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify communication opportunities Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage relationships; effectively influence and negotiate with internal partners.
Experience working with global teams is highly preferred Understanding of design principles and ability to partner with and inspire artists and copywriters.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at once.
Successfully operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong technical skills and an ability to use both PowerPoint and Excel very efficiently understanding/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Jira Experience with project management tools Familiarity with SharePoint
