Sales Order-Customer Support Specialists
We are looking for a sales department customer service type person who can work with our sales team handling all of the documentation needed for completing a sale. This includes proposals, purchase orders, customer purchase contracts, delivery documents, etc. Will be interfacing with end client of the documentation needed, setting delivery dates/schedules, etc.
Extremely Organized, Detail Oriented, Multiple Task Capability, Strong Telecommunications & Presentation skills, working in a Sales oriented environment. Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Internet Accessing, Microsoft Outlook.
Supporting assigned sales staff, primary in-house customer contact:
(Supporting/Teaming with Sales, Project Managers, Designers, Delegated Project Work as assigned via VP of Customer Experience.) Management of all administrative requirements for Sales/Project Management Teams.
Preparing product proposals, purchase orders, acknowledgements, delivery tickets, client/manufacturer correspondence, bid packages, proofreading/data entry of manufacturer order acknowledgements into furniture-based Team Design Program. Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Order Tracking w/multiple manufacturers, freight companies, filing claims, follow up. Assembling product brochures, furniture cuts, materials for assigned sales staff. Additional Word Processing as needed for assigned sales team.
Preparation of Client Order Status Reports bi-weekly for furniture ordered, proofreading/confirmation of product ordered/pricing and data entry of vendor acknowledgements into Team Design System.
Assisting Assigned Sales w/Coordinating deliveries and installation of various furniture systems, case-goods, seating, etc. with customers and subcontracted installation companies, providing all appropriate paper work and follow up.
Communicating and maintaining Backlog reports per assigned sales & coordinating accurate invoices to clients with furniture-based Team Design System.
Accompanying sales, project management to client meetings/installations upon request. Attending product training with assigned manufacturers, as scheduled.
Phone coverage for Reception via assigned schedule.
Need solid work history, excellent personality...will be handling different tasks to assist sales and installation teams...excellent administrative skills, detailed oriented, professional, solid communication skills. Position has potential to convert to perm...also may have a remote access capability down the road.
