Managed Services

Connexion's management team has experience implementing and managing Vendor on Premise ("VOP") and Managed Staffing Services for Fortune 500 clients. Our Managed Service proposal includes a partial or full-time on-site managed service with a dedicated Connexion Managed Service Program Manager assigned to our client's account. The Program Manager, with the full support of the entire Connexion organization, will have responsibility for all activities associated with the managed service program at our client. These responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Managed Service Program Manager will act as liaison/point of contact between our client and client's hiring managers, and Connexion and our staffing partners.

  • Will work with our client during the implementation of the program.

  • Coordinate all contract job requisitions from approval to needs assessment to candidate sourcing and selection to new hire orientation (including confidentiality agreements) to on-assignment support to termination to follow up quality measurement.

  • Will be on-site for orientations with employees, meetings with current temporary employees, and discussions with hiring managers about our program. In general, we would be on-site as much as our client's managed staffing program demands.

  • Responsible for notifying client of all contract labor activity in a method preferred by the client's HR department.

  • Will also communicate with our client's other departments as necessary.

  • Communicate with hiring managers regarding extensions, terminations, and feedback.

  • Manage dedicated Connexion staff responsible for recruiting support for our client's staffing needs.

  • Coordinate the selection and management of staffing partners for our client.

  • Monitor and maintain Connexion and staffing partners quality metrics.

  • Distribution of job orders to secondary staffing partners as required.

  • Develop and administer the orientation for new contract hires.

  • Administer the "Payroll Service Plan".

  • Coordinate and administer time card reporting on a weekly basis.

  • Provide Time Tracking/Invoicing/Job Order Reports on line in real time.

  • Provide ad hoc reports as required.
