You will support or be responsible for running the full cycle recruitment process. You will guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Executing the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group, you will deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes that drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain as the employer of choice.
Execute the strategy to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited talent pools, including driving a business plan, building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing Engage key staffing and business partners in order to understand talent need Use talent market expertise, data, and business insight to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent Participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates Foster a diverse and inclusive environment both with the recruiting team and the business teams you support Network and maintain relations with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge. Understand broader business initiatives and be able to answer questions around our strategy, goals and culture
Experienced in building recruiting strategies that yield diverse pipelines of qualified technical candidates Experienced in full-cycle technical recruiting and experience working with sourcing support Are you courageous enough to be direct, truthful and enthusiastic with constructive feedback Are you self-motivated and directed; with a solid ability to collaborate while you are comfortable autonomously working independently Are you a dynamic self-starter?
Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines A leader who will offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success Highly organized and detail oriented Ideal experience includes both agency and in-house recruiting experience and ability to utilize a social process Builds knowledge of key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure pipeline for open positions Advise and offer guidance to managers on the 7-Step Hiring Process - with direction from others - to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience You negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary You may require guidance and support, depending on complexity of negotiation Leads candidate experience and acts as an advocate for both and the potential hire. You extend the offers and ensure that potential hires fully understand the offer and entire compensation package Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes
5+ years’ experience preferred
You will need strong PowerPoint, XL including pivot tables skills Bachelor’s Degree required
Education: 4 years college degree
