Desktop/Help Desk Support
The Desktop/Help Desk Support professional works on all aspects of company's IT infrastructure and provides in-person, email and phone support to the company's employees.
- Tier 1 Support; triage all incoming support tickets
- Provide Windows desktop support
- Provide software application support
- Provide mobile and print support.
- Setup new hires and perform new hire orientation
- Perform systems preventative maintenance
- Maintain technical support procedures and documentation
- Play a part in the 24x7 on-call rotation: 10 to 12 times per year
- On-Site support for multiple offices. Reliable car a must.
AS or BS or equivalent experience; and 1 plus years related experience.
