Technical Recruiters & Account Managers - (Local & National Divisions)

Connexion Systems & Engineering currently has in-house openings for Technical Recruiters & Account Managers for both its New England and National Divisions.  These positions require past recruiting and sales skills in the Technical, IT, Scientific or Engineering staffing industry.  Candidates will possess full sales and/or recruiting skills including direct sourcing, referral generation, and client and/or candidate development.


Your background includes:

 

  § BS Degree
§ An ability to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures VERY quickly
§ Demonstrated success in prior positions
§ Ambitious and self motivated
§ A willingness to spend several hours on the phone DAILY
§ A GREAT attitude, always very positive and outgoing
§ A desire to make over $100,000 in annual compensation
